You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Services.

You must maintain a valid Discord account and remain in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a server, organization, business, or community, you represent that you possess the authority necessary to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity occurring through your account.

***

### Access and Use of the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tide grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

We may suspend, restrict, modify, discontinue, or terminate any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security concerns, infrastructure upgrades, policy violations, abuse prevention, or business reasons.

Nothing within these Terms guarantees continuous availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access to the Services.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://tide-7.gitbook.io/tide/terms-of-service.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
